If you are already admitted as a student at
UVa-Wise, you can register now! If you are a new student or returning
student to UVa-Wise, please contact the Admissions office to apply for
admittance to the College today! For more information about admission

How do you find out about summer
courses offered this year? EASY!!! Just follow the steps below and you
will be on your way to finding the online summer course for you!
- Visit http://my.uvawise.edu/ics/Course_Search/
online and login with your campus username and password. Are you
new to college or an adult learner interested in applying? You can
still search courses without a username and password.
- Click "Course Search" in the window.
- Select Summer I 2010-2011 OR Summer II 2010-2011 for
the term from the drop down menu
- Select the desired department for
study (or "all" to see a full listing across disciplines)
- Select "Online" for the method.
- Click the "Search" button at the
bottom of the page to get a listing of the online courses offered.
Then, just follow the normal process
of registering for a course. If you need help, just contact the

What is online learning like??
If you are a casual users of the
Internet, you will love online learning. UVa-Wise uses Moodle,
an online course management system that is easy to use, fast and
features interactive ways for your faculty and you to communicate and
