College guidelines for event inclusion into the UVa-Wise electronic master calendar is as follows.

ll requestors must fall under one of the following categories or definitions:

a recognized and registered Student Life organization

an academic or administrative department of the College
-
an approved and affiliated non-profit organization (examples: Pro-Art, ROTC)
The following events or items are strictly prohibited:

Political groups or candidates outside the Student Life organizational structure

For-profit groups affiliated with outside sales or commercial groups outside the Student Life organizational structure

Religious groups or organizations outside those registered as student organizations through Student Life
The following areas are responsible for their departmental calendars. Please choose from the following list of departments for your requested event or schedule inclusion.
