UVa-Wise Web Calendar RSS feed syntax guide - 11/20/12

• http://www.uvawise.edu/webcalendar/rss.php - Default display is 7 and data is included in the description.
• http://www.uvawise.edu/webcalendar/rss_test.php - Default display is 5 and date is not displayed in description. (used for the main www rss)
• http://www.uvawise.edu/webcalendar/rss_test.php?showdate=1&max=20&days=60 -  Current url used for the main www front page.

showdate:

used to place the calendar date on the event title in the rss feed.  The default is not to display.

• http://www.uvawise.edu/webcalendar/rss.php?showdate=1

days:

how many days ahead from today should be pulled from the calendar the default is 45 days.

•  http://www.uvawise.edu/webcalendar/rss.php?days=100

max:

maximum number of events to display often used with the days variable.  The default is 7.

•  http://www.uvawise.edu/webcalendar/rss.php?max=50

cat_id:

filter and display from a certain category.

user:

filter and display a calendar from a certain user.
