Have you updated your contact information for the Emergency Alert System? UVa-Wise has an emergency alert notification system to notify our campus community about a crisis or emergency situations. Also, College closures and schedule changes will use the same contact information. It is quick, easy and FREE!

Session Payment Info

Sessions are open for payment.

All student accounts will need to be paid or have a payment plan in place to remain in the Fall sessions by the first day of the class.
Students who have not paid by the FIRST DAY of classes will be dropped from classes.

All Financial Aid documents must be turned in and in place for your Financial Aid to be appropriately processed.
Please be sure Financial Aid documents are complete so no delays will occur in payment.

All other balances are now past due.
Student balances are available by logging in online through the student portal.
FIRST LOGIN, navigate to the student tab, then select reports for students.

Pay-on-line or set up a payment plan at:
https://my.uvawise.edu/ICS Log in, go to the Student Tab and Select "Pay my bill with NELNET" on the left.

***UPDATE***

NELNET is now accepting CREDIT CARDS: VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER.
(Fees charged by the credit card companies are paid by students)

Fall 2023 Residence Hall Information

Fall Break: Residence Halls will remain OPEN for Fall Break (Thursday 9/28 & Friday 9/29) although Dining Services will be limited.

Thanksgiving Break: Residence Halls will CLOSE for Thanksgiving Break on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 9:00 am and will REOPEN Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 12:00 pm.

Winter Break: Students should depart campus within 24 hours of their last final exam or by Saturday, December 9th at 9:00 am, whichever comes first. Residence Halls close 12/9 @ 9:00 am. You must return your room key at the end of the semester!

Spring 2024 Housing Applications- If you are a new student/transfer student for the Spring 2024 semester, the Housing Portal will open on Monday, October 30, 2023 to complete your housing application.

Need to Submit a Work Order? Contact your RA and they can submit one on your behalf! The maintenance department processes work orders Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Fall 2024/Spring 2025 Housing Applications- The Housing Portal will open for returning students on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 to begin accepting housing applications for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. New student applications will be available as of Friday, March 29, 2024. If you have any additional questions, please email wisehousing@uvawise.edu.

SUMMER 2024 Housing Applications- The Housing Portal will open Wednesday, March 27, 2024 to begin accepting housing applications for the 2024 Summer Terms.

(If one of your required documents contains the words "Office Use Only" please come to the Financial Aid Office and request a Deferment if you have not already done so.
